If, for any reason, you’re not happy with your order, received the wrong item, wrong size, or simply don’t want to keep the product(s), you can return them to us within 14 days. However, the returned item must be in its original packaging, unused, and in resalable condition for us to accept the return and issue a refund. Exchanges for other products are only possible by returning the purchased item and placing a new order in our online store. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
You can return the product free of charge. Here’s how:
- Notify us about the return via email at info@biljardi247.fi.
- If you ordered outside Finland: In the reply, you will receive instructions on how to send the product back to us.
- If your order was shipped in Finland:
- Pack the product(s) you wish to return, preferably in the same packaging in which you received them or in another suitable protective package, ensuring the item arrives back to us undamaged.
- Return the product at a Posti service point. Provide Posti with our customer number 678933 / MKT-Yhtiöt Oy to return the item free of charge.
