Ordering

Products are selected on the website by adding them to the shopping cart. Orders are placed by paying for the contents of the shopping cart via the online store checkout. By placing an order, you accept these delivery terms, product prices, and shipping costs. If you provide an email address during the order process, you will receive an order confirmation by email. The order confirmation includes details of the ordered products and their prices.

Payment

The online store’s payment service is provided by Visma Pay (Visma Payments Oy, Business ID 2486559-4), a payment institution registered with the Finnish Financial Supervisory Authority. Payments are processed through Visma Pay’s secure online service. On your bank statement or invoice, the payment recipient will be listed as Visma Pay or Visma Payments Oy. Visma Pay transmits the payment to the online merchant. Payments are secure, as all payment details are transmitted via an encrypted connection, preventing third parties from accessing the information.

The sale agreement is made between the online store customer and the online store. The online store is responsible for all obligations related to the transaction.

Payment Methods

Through Visma Pay, you can pay using online banking, digital wallets, payment cards (credit/debit), invoices, or installment plans. The following payment methods are available:

  • Online banks: Osuuspankki, Nordea, Danske Bank, Oma Säästöpankki, Säästöpankki, Aktia, Local Cooperative Banks, S-Pankki, Handelsbanken, Ålandsbanken.
  • Digital wallets: MobilePay, Masterpass, Pivo.
  • Cards: Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Debit MasterCard.
  • Invoice and installment options: Jousto, Alisa Invoice, and Alisa Corporate Invoice.

MobilePay: You can pay with MobilePay if you have enabled online payments in the app settings. Payments made with MobilePay are charged to the payment card linked to the wallet. If charging the card fails, payment with MobilePay will not be possible.

Jousto Invoice and Installments: A Finnish service for quick and secure purchases, intended for private individuals with a good financial history. Jousto offers 30 days of interest-free and cost-free payment time. After receiving the invoice, you can decide whether to pay in full or in installments. Installments can be made in up to 36 payments starting at €9.90/month. The cost for installments is €3.90/month with an annual interest rate of 19.90%. Purchases of €30–3000 can be paid with Jousto. Delivery

Orders are shipped on business days. Delivery time for in-stock products is typically 3–5 business days. For custom-order products, delivery time is usually 1–3 weeks. Shipping costs depend on the chosen delivery method, any additional services, and the weight and size of the order. Shipping costs are displayed at checkout before finalizing the order.

If a product is lost or damaged during shipping, you must report it promptly and no later than 14 days to the online store. Damaged packages must be reported immediately to the delivery company.

Returns

Customers have a 14-day return and exchange right in accordance with Finnish consumer protection law. You can return or exchange part of or all of your order. Returned or exchanged products must be in their original packaging and in a sellable condition. To return or exchange products, contact the online store first for return instructions. Include your name, contact details, and bank account information for any refunds.

You can cancel your order before it has been shipped by sending a written notice via email to info@biljardi247.fi.
